Lovely quiet location but close to everything

Cosy and convenient. Positive: Convenient location, not too far to shops and many asian restaurants. Cosy house, ample space with two outdoor areas. Nice lounge and furniture. There's an off street carpark. It was freezing cold outside during our stay and the aircon worked well to keep us warm. Negative: nothing comes to mind
